Marketing Intern


  • Interns will perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. 

  • Create employee training videos.

  • Update social media and research best social media sites. 

  • Develop marketing strategies to increase sales with Grub Hub, Uber Eats and other online sites.

  • Write correspondence, develop newsletters, handle mail and manage phone calls. 

  • Work on special projects and assist in planning large events such as one day festivals. 

  • Interns must attend staff meetings held both virtual and in person.

  • Research other avenues of revenue that would relate to the growth of the company.

  • All meetings are prescheduled for the year; however, changes do occur.  

  • End of semester project will be offered to interns to allow college credits once approved by university.

Additional Opportunities:

  • Will have the opportunity to participate in and learn about the production side of the business including sales and client meetings and lunches.

  • Will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of expansion of the business in other ventures currently in process.


  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Smartsheets, Google docs and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience in conducting research

  • Very task oriented, Self-starter

  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

  • Willing to learn and flexible

  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Additional Information:

This role will be off-site as well as in-office in Union, NJ as well as occasional visits to farmers markets located throughout NJ. 

Required Education:  Undergraduate Junior or Senior level standing or Graduate student

Other Requirements:  Interview, references, transcript, job history.

Availability: Immediate internship availability limited; application process is highly competitive. 

Salary:  Most positions are unpaid, but a stipend may be offered in some cases and college credit.
