Grant Writer
Overview:
-
Consult with Directors to develop ongoing strategy for maintaining and bringing in grants.

Draft and submit letters of introduction, interest, applications and grant proposals.

Research additional foundation and business grants.

Maintain a schedule of grants and application due dates.

Follow-up with various grantors to ensure timely completion of grants.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must have at least 3+ years of grant writing experience; ideally for small businesses.

Organized with a high attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication and multitasking skills.
Computer Skills:
-
Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheets.
